Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Refer all inquiries to the appropriate individuals, divisions, or departments across the organisation.
  • Where necessary, assist in the compilation of data for various reports.
  • Coordinate the logistical aspects of departmental programs, such as meetings, seminars, workshops, special projects, and events.
  • As a front-line worker, present a positive and professional image of the organisation to all visitors, suppliers, inquiries, and other interactions.
  • Administer and manage inbound/outbound mail, including priority post, packages, courier services, and other correspondence.
  • Ensure the necessary office supplies are stocked and obtained at the best possible price.
  • Ability to assess and develop opportunities to drive positive outcomes
  • Ability to analyse and structure complex data and to develop meaningful reports and insights (e.g. Excel, Adobe analytics)
  • Ability to engage and operate at all customer hierarchy levels, while also able to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and partners (internally and externally).
  • Ability to lead / coach a capable team of sales professionals
  • Ability to manipulate large data sets in excel (or other) and convert this to insightful information that can be effectively communicated with internal & external stakeholders (build the story, share the story)
  • Ability to succinctly present information in an open forum.
  • Ability to understand complex and dynamic operational problems.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Must have working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Strong organisational skills are required.
  • Ability to apply understanding to carry out instructions in written, verbal, or diagram form.
  • Strong written and verbal skills to communicate with all levels of the organisation.
